Account Manager

Karol came to Paducah Insurance in 2023. She worked in the Pharmaceutical and Accounting fields prior to coming to Paducah Insurance. Karol moved to the Benton office in 2024 after Paducah Insurance merged with Austin Insurance in late 2023 to create Benton Insurance.

When asked, Karol said “Coming to work at Paducah Insurance was a decision made easy by the good friends and great atmosphere.”

Karol handles small church accounts for our sister agency Lightwell Insurance Advisors. She also helps train on agency processes and is an expert on data entry in our agency management system.

Karol is our customer liaison for our Employee Benefits department. She really cares about people and will do everything she can to help with employee benefit issues. She enjoys helping people, no matter the situation.

As you can tell, Karol is a real Swiss army knife!
